Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at zorbim. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation You may cancel your order free of charge only if your package has NOT been shipped out, and your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once the order enters packing and shipment process, cancellation is no longer available. If you no longer want the goods after receiving the parcel, you can submit a return application following our Return & Exchange Policy.
  2. How to Submit a Cancellation Request Please send an email to service@zorbim.com with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • Registered email used at checkout
  • Cancellation reason

Our customer service team will verify the order status during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund if approved.

  1. Refund for Cancelled Orders Approved cancellations will trigger a full refund.
  • PayPal refunds usually arrive within 2–3 working days.
  • Credit card refunds depend on your card issuer’s processing cycle, which may take 5–7 business days. We do not charge any handling fee for eligible cancellations.
  1. Non-cancellable Situations
  • Order has already been dispatched and a tracking number issued
  • Cancellation request is submitted more than 24 hours after checkout
  • Custom-made, personalized products
  1. Important Reminders If your cancellation request is rejected because the parcel has been shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery or apply for return after receiving it. Return shipping fees and related customs charges will be borne by you. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable cancellation requests.
